CARPACIO DE PEZ ESPADA

Ingredientes:

·   Tomate maduro.

·   Carpacio de Pez Espada.

Preparación:

Cortar el tomate en rodajas finas o rayarlo. Añadir el carpacio de pez espada. Aliñar con aceite de oliva. Servir  fríos.





SWORD FISH CARPACCIO  
Ingredients: - Ripe tomato- Carpaccio sword fish. Preparation: cut the tomatoes into thin slices or scratch it. Add the carpaccio of swordfish. Dress with olive oil. Serve cold.

 Ingredienti:-pomodoro maturo-pesce Carpaccio spada.
Preparazione: tagliare i pomodori a fette sottili o graffio. Aggiungere il carpaccio di pesce spada. Condite con olio d'oliva. Servire freddo..
